Floating Bubbles in Photoshop

I love incorporating cartoon elements in most of my photoshop designs. My artworks usually contain different colorful and fun looking characters and shapes that go with some of my flashy and artistic projects. Creating floating bubbles is one of my favorite cartoon lay out tricks that I always use for my designs. Here’s how I manage to do it in Photoshop.

First, you need to select the new file options in Photoshop and set it into a 600×600 pixels dimension. Name the new layer as “bubble trick”. Afterwards, select an elliptical marquee tool and draw a circular shape to form a bubble. Add your desired color to your bubble, then press CTRL + D so you’ll be deselecting circular selection. Then, you need to right click on the bubble layer and choose blending from the options list. When you finish doing so, the bubble should contain a dark cartoonish lining surrounding it. On the other hand, you can also put highlights on your bubble to further enhance its cartoon effect. You will be using the polygonal draw lasso tool in creating highlights.

When you finally finish with both highlight and bubble layers and you have merged them into a single graphic design, you may be able to copy the bubbles anytime you want. With such simple steps, you have a series of cool looking cartoon bubbles that are prefect for your colored, fancy projects and even in your creative web designing tricks.

First, create an artistic layout through Adobe Photoshop. Create a colorful bubble design or an electrifying dark layout. Play with your hands and experiment on different layouts. You can also alter a simple image like a flower or even your old picture. R
