How To Do Vector Art

1) Choose any image that you like. 2) New canvas with any size of your choice, and select the color of your background. 3) Right click on your image and “Select Layer Transparency”. 4) Click on Windows tab and select Channel button. 5) Fill the image with a white using the paint bucket. 6) Right click again on the image and “Deselect”. 7) You can blurr the image, afterwards go to “Filters,” select “Pixelate,” choose “Color Halftone”. Make your radius 11 pixels. Right click on the image and “Select Layer Transparency”.
