Be Amazed with Big Freeze
I discovered this trick about a year ago in my personal computer and until now, big freeze never ceases to amaze me. If you want to try this on your own, the first thing you should do is to make a new file document by pressing CmD and N simultaneously. Increase its size to 225 by 100 pixels.
Choose the Adobe Photoshop Type tool then select the heavy typeface of your choice. Key in Big[return]Freeze type and make it 90 pt. high that has a leading number 80. Go to the Ant-Alias, justify it to the center, and click the OK button. Cut it out from the clipboard by clicking [Cmd-X.]. Click [Cmd-V] to paste it again on the center of the document. Scoot the image’s few pixels by pushing the arrow at least five times. Doing this will also leave some room for its icicles.
Go to menu then Select>Inverse; and after that, Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize. Make sure that you choose the number 10 before you push OK. Press once again Select>Inverse then Filter>Noise>Add Noise. Select Gaussian and 70 before clicking OK. The next step is to select Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur, the number 2.0 then OK.
To create a simple curve, select Image>Adjust>Curve or the command [Cmd-M]; then, Select>None or the command [Cmd-D] so you can release its selection. Try to invert the chosen image with the command [Cmd-I] and also Image>Rotate>90° CW. Also use the commands Filter>Stylize>Wind, the method, Image>Rotate>90° CCW, then OK. If you want, you can intensify the icicles by selecting Mode>RGB Color then Image>Adjust>Hue/Saturation [Cmd-U]. Set its hue to the negative of 175 and press OK. This is really a fun thing to do with one of your useful computer softwares.

I was able to try this one and it’s pretty simple. It just looks complicated at first, but it’s fun.
